Smriti Mandhana took the Leading Female Cricketer award. How amazing is that? Mandhana made history as the first Indian woman to win this twice—she also won in 2018. Bumrah earned it for his stellar performance across all formats, especially in the T20 World Cup 2024.

Let’s talk about Smriti Mandhana’s 2024! She scored 1,659 international runs across all formats. That’s a record for a woman cricketer in a single year! In ODIs, she made 747 runs, including four centuries. Against South Africa, she smashed 117, 136, and 90 in a three-ODI series—343 runs, a record for a bilateral series! She also scored 763 runs in T20Is and 149 in a Test
Mandhana’s bat was on fire! She’s been amazing in IPL 2025 too, leading RCB’s batting. I’ve watched her since her debut, and she just keeps getting better. What a star!
Bumrah’s T20 World Cup Heroics and More
Jasprit Bumrah was unstoppable in 2024! He took 71 Test wickets at an average of 14.92—the lowest by any bowler in a year! In the T20 World Cup 2024, he grabbed 15 wickets at an economy of 4.17, helping India win the title. He was named Player of the Tournament! In Tests, he became the first bowler to take 200 wickets at an average under 20. He also led India to a win in Perth against Australia without Rohit Sharma.
